Over the years, Riteway Builders has built dozens of custom homes in and around the Boise area, ranging anywhere from $200K to 900K!  We’re not the biggest home building company around, we’re just a small company based out of Emmett, ID, but we are good at what we do, and we love what we do!  We love building stunning custom homes that will provide decades of happy memories for our clients.   

We have our own philosophy about what makes a great custom home builder.  Some might say it is all about skills, others connections, and there are those who feel it just all boils down to the price. 

The skills of a builder, their connections to great subcontractors and suppliers, and how much they charge are important, however, when we ask our clients what was it about their experience that they valued the most, almost without fail, we get the same answer – great communication.

We believe that communication is one of the most important traits of a great custom home builder.  Every builder has access to the same basic building components. The lumber, windows, doors, carpet, tile, appliances, – all building materials, with a few exceptions,  come from the same group of suppliers.   We work with you to assemble those different pieces of the building process into a perfect whole, we take your feedback, your designs, and your inspiration, and we execute it into a plan that will deliver something that we’re proud of, and that you’ll love for many years to come.  

If you are interested in building a custom with us, we’ll sit down with you and learn about your wants, needs, and dreams.  Then we get to work incorporating all those elements into the budget that works for you.  Once we have the blueprint created, we put our group of talented and hard-working craftsman to work making your dreams of building a custom home come true.  

We’ve been doing this for many years and we know how to get the job done on time and on budget. We know which designs look great on paper but aren’t going to work out quite so well in practice.
